Return Policy
 
All returns must be unopened and in new/unused condition.  All returns must also be received within 30 Calendar Daysfrom the original invoice date. Any products that have been opened, modified, customized, or stickered in any way will not be given return credit. All products returned must be in their original packaging and have the original tags attached. All instruction manuals, warranty cards, miscelaneous parts and accessories must also be included. Proper credit will not be issued if the return is incomplete. All items returned for credit are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
 
If you would like to return or exchange a product, you must call Shop4Paintball and get an RMA#.  Packages returned without permission and an RMA# can be delayed several days. If we are unable to determine whom the item belongs to, it will be returned to the sender.
 
Please allow 3-5 business days to process returned merchandise. If credit is issued, the credit should appear within 2 weeks from the day the return was processed.
 
Any product damaged in shipment must be reported within 3 Business Days from date of delivery.
 
All paintball markers are warranteed by the manufacturer. Guns cannot be returned after they have been opened. The manufacturer will handle all warranty issues, including issues directly out of the box. Please contact the manufacturer with any concerns for service. The manufacturer will be able to assist you with any issues you may have with the gun

No refunds or credits will be issued for markers that are used or modified in any way.

There is absolutely NO WARRANTY expressed or implied on paintballs of any type or brand.

If paintballs appear to have been damaged in shipment, call us so that we may file a damaged shipment claim. The claim is normally handled within 3-6 weeks.

We will warranty all products not bearing a manufacturer warranty for a period of 15 Business Days from the delivery date. We will not warranty products for excessive wear/use, scratches, or modification.

We DO NOT warranty Burst Disks or O-Rings.

Neither Shop4Paintball.com, LLC nor the manufacturer is responsible for return postage for any products needing warranty repair. Only products that do not bear a manufacturers warranty may be returned to us for credit.
