Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match? For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, then the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes, and does not affect your billing information at all. If both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may receive an automated email regarding verification of your address.
If this is the case, please give us a call at (888)719-6212 so that we can manually verify your addresses with the credit card company. If your financial institution cannot verify your address with us you will be contacted via email or phone call. If we are unable to verify your address within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.
What items cannot be shipped by air?
Any gas-filled item such as HPA Tanks, CO2 cartridges, and Mines/Grenades can only be shipped via Ground Shipping. They cannot be shipped by air or internationally. Also, we do not recommend shipping paintballs via Air. Shipping paintballs via air results in higher chances of receiving damaged paint because of the air pressure fluxuations involved in flight. Paintballs damaged during shipment are the customer's responsibility.
When will my order ship? Shop4Paintball.Com will normally ship your order within 24-48 business hours pending all items on your order are IN STOCK at the time your order is received. If you require delivery by a particular date PLEASE call in your order to confirm product availability and shipping services that will allow your order to arrive by your required date. The following map displays ground service delivery estimates. These estimates apply once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
How much does shipping cost? To calculate the shipping charges for an order, follow these easy steps:
