The Smart Parts 140 Round Transpod Tube fits in standard packs, but its new design has a unique twist – a twist-lock that is. In a players' gear bag, the TransPod's three telescoping segments store compactly, in about 1/3 the space of a regular paintball pod. In a flash, it extends and locks into a full-sized pod, carrying only 5 to 8 less paintballs than a standard “140” sized tube.
Its tapered shape means the TransPod also makes for a tighter profile in a player's pack. After the game, the TransPod easily collapses to its storage mode, and the flip-top can be opened to remove the pod segments for easy cleaning without the need for special swabs. |
